In addition, two brick paver walks radiate out from the main walkway and provide access to 4 new kiosks. The new kiosk subjects include: Significant Events in the Life of the Battlefield Why we fly the Virginia Flag Commanders Combatants (We highlight 6 combatants, all Americans but two were Loyalists and 4 were Patriots) Please take the time to come to the Battlefield and enjoy these new additions.

The South Carolina Battleground Preservation Trust (SCBPT) is developing walking trails on the 51 acres of the battlefield they have preserved around the original 2 acre county park. These mowed grass trails can be easily followed as they wind through the fields and fence lines but caution is required as there are several rough and rutted areas. Tree lines have been followed, for shade, where possible. Please feel free to use these walking trails for your recreation, but be aware that there are no trail markings, they will be added in the future. But you may use the following map as your guide. A printable copy can be obtained by selecting here .
